Ravelation products carry no implied support. You are welcome to log a ticket for any bugs found, or desired feature requests. At our discretion, we may work on your ticket, and include fixes or new features in future releases of Ravel. Your Ravel license entitles you to free upgrades for the period of 1 year from your purchase.

Paid support may be requested from High Performance Coders.

Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
